1. Our services
Wash and Clean provides laundry, dry cleaning, ironing, bedding, pickup and drop-off, and residential and commercial cleaning in Greater Accra and Tema, Ghana.
2. Prices and estimates
Laundry is priced per item (our published list with 15% off), per kg (GHS 20/kg, minimum 5 kg) or per basket (small GHS 100, medium GHS 180, large GHS 250). The estimate you see when booking is based on your selection; we confirm the final price after counting, weighing and checking your items, and work starts only after you agree. Ranged items are charged within the published range. Cleaning services (office, residential, carpet, post-construction, after-party) are quoted after assessment.
3. Photos and item count
You add photos of your items when booking. We check each photo, count your items and ask you to confirm the count. That confirmed count is what we return. Report any missing item within 24 hours of delivery.
4. Care of items
We follow care labels and use suitable products. We are not responsible for damage caused by faulty fabrics, missing or wrong care labels, colour bleeding of unstable dyes, or items left in pockets. Please remove valuables before pickup.
5. Liability
If an item is lost or damaged through our fault, our liability is limited to a fair value for the item, up to ten times the cleaning charge for that item, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
6. Pickup, delivery and collection
Pickup and delivery are paid services, charged separately from laundry. We confirm your address, route availability and transport fee before you agree to the order. Outer Ashaiman–Tema areas require advance arrangements. We aim to arrive within your chosen window. Items not collected or accepted within 30 days of being ready may be donated or disposed of after we try to contact you.
7. Payment
Payment is due on delivery or collection by cash or mobile money unless agreed otherwise. Business customers may receive an invoice with agreed payment terms.
8. Cancellations
You can cancel free of charge before your items are picked up. After pickup, work already done may be charged.
9. Referral rewards
Referrers earn 5% of each paid order from a new customer they invited. Rewards apply to new accounts only, cannot use your own code, and may be withdrawn if abused.
10. Your data
We use your contact details, address and photos only to provide our service and contact you. We don't sell your data.
